Allow around 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared. A new collection launch or a busy restock may extend that window. This is preparation time, separate from the journey to your address.

A dispatch confirmation follows once your parcel has left the fulfilment team. Working days run from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

International delivery is available. Checkout shows the destinations we can serve and the shipping charge for your address. Any import duties or customs fees charged locally are payable by the recipient.

Open Track Order and enter your order number together with the email address used at checkout. Both should match your order confirmation. For carrier updates, use the shipment link in your dispatch email.

Get in touch with your order number so the delivery history can be reviewed. If an incomplete address or a parcel left uncollected caused the return, sending it again may involve an additional delivery charge.

Contact the team as soon as you notice the mistake, including your order number and the correction needed. Changes are only possible before the order has been processed for dispatch.

Please contact us promptly if your plans change. The team will check whether preparation has started; orders that have already been prepared or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Limited releases and items made for an order are generally final sale. If your delivery contains a damaged or incorrect item, tell us within 10 days of delivery and include clear photos and a short video so the issue can be assessed.
